Massapequa Park, NY— Mayor Daniel Pearl and Deputy Mayor Tina Schiaffino attended and presented a wreath at the annual memorial service honoring Korean War veterans and marking the end of the Korean War on July 27, 1953. The memorial service, organized by the Sgt. Peter F. Colleran, Jr. VFW Post 7763, is held every year on the last Sunday of July at the Korean War Memorial in Massapequa Park.
